When a CI build fails due to a flaky one-off issue we want to re-run the tests.
Being able to delete CI checks would also be helpful.
Rebuilding on Vercel could also trigger a rebuild on DebugBear, even if the commit has already been tested.
When a test is deleted deleting the GitHub status might also be helpful.
