Resolve Lighthouse light/dark theme differences

On the scan detail page in the Lighthouse section the embedded report is using a mixture of dark and light themes. Making some things difficult to read.
I attached a screenshot, please let me know if any other debugging info is needed.

Sorry for the slow response, I originally misread this and assumed it was related to dark mode.
